We at Diners aim at customer satisfaction, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. You can always return items if they are defective or sent incorrect. Please know that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

If you are shipping an item over Rs. 2,500/-, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
